EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY
100% SATISFACTION
We want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase at ecoTimeToys.com! If for any reason you're not satisfied within 30 calendar days of the original order date, please send it back to us and we will be more than happy to exchange it for another item or issue you a refund. Items sent back to us must meet the following criteria to be considered for an exchange or refund:
1. Items must be in new and unused condition. Items must not show any signs of wear and tear.
2. Items must be in original packaging, have all tags attached and include all instructions, if any.
3. Items must be returned within 30 calendar days of the original order date.
Please also keep these policies in mind:
- Original shipping costs are not refundable, unless the item is damaged or there was an error on our part.
- Gift cards and gift wrapping costs are not refundable.
- You are responsible for all shipping costs (both to send back to us and/or to send you the new exchanged item), unless the item is damaged or there was an error on our part.
- Used items will not be accepted.
- Exchanges/returns after 30 calendar days of the original order date will not be accepted.
If you find that your item is damaged upon receiving the order, please let us know and we will send you a replacement of the same item at no extra cost.
EXCHANGE/REFUND PROCESS
1. Send us an e-mail requesting an exchange or refund to help@ecotimetoys.com. Please include your order # and item that you would like to return. If applicable, please include the new item that you would like to exchange it for.
2. We will e-mail you back an RMA #. Please include the RMA# on your mailing label.
3. Send your return back to us at:

We strongly suggest that you ship your return package insured, preferably UPS Ground or USPS Priority Insured. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
4. Once we receive the package, we will inspect the item to make sure it's not used and all original packaging is included. Please note that exchanges/refunds are contingent upon inspection of item. If we deem the item not new, we reserve the right to reject the return/exchange and the original item will be returned to the customer.
5. Exchanges will be sent within 1 week of receiving the item. Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the item. The original credit card used will be credited for the original order amount minus shipping costs. The credit typically takes 3-5 business days to post on your credit card statement.
