THE STORY OF 
 On a trip to visit their friend in Northern California, the founders of ecoTimeToys.com were amazed at the toys that their friend's 2-year old was playing with. These were not your cheap plastic toys from your local big name retailer. They felt different and were definitely unique. Our friend explained to us that they were "eco-friendly" toys, made out of high quality materials such as natural wood & organic cotton and contained no harmful chemicals or toxins. In addition, many of the toys were made from materials that came from sustainable and clean sources. These toys were not only good for children, but also good for the environment! What a perfect combination for today's children to have! But we soon realized that it was difficult to find a central place to shop for eco-friendly toys. Many stores didn't even carry these type of toys and the few stores that did had a very small selection. So we ventured out to create a new type of toy store that would redefine the conventional toy store. We founded ecoTimeToys.com with the goal of bringing the biggest and best selection of eco-friendly toys to children. We built our toy store around four fundamental characteristics: Eco-Friendly. We are very selective in choosing the toys that we carry. First, we generally stay away from toys made from plastics. Second, all toys must be non-toxic, phthalate -free, and contain no harmful chemicals. Third, all toys must pass very stringent American and/or European testing standards. Fourth, all toys must be made from the highest quality materials and fabrics. Additionally, many of our toys are hand-made and/or made in small-production batches. They also may be made from recycled or sustainable materials.
